A rich gingerbread brown platter inspired by traditional gingerbread moulds.

Dom spotted some gorgeous wooden carved moulds on display in Horsham museum (our home town), used to make traditional Horsham gingerbread, which is more treacly/spicy/sticky/moreish that standard gingerbread and apparently writer Percy Shelley’s favourite biscuit! It’s still available to buy, and uses pretty much the same recipe today.
