Frequently asked questions

- A lot of pieces on your website are sold out! Will you be restocking soon?

Restocks will be announced a few days in advance on our instagram @livanddom, in the announcement bar on this website and by email if you’re subscribed to our mailing list . If the date hasn’t been set on any of these platforms then we do not have a fixed date yet!

We usually have one stock drop a month.

- Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately we do not take reservations for any of our pieces.

- Do you have any extra stock that isn’t on the website?

Sorry! When something is marked as sold out that means we will have no more until the next update.

- Is there anywhere I can buy your products in person?

Currently we only sell our work through our online shop.

- Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately we currently do not accept wholesale orders, if you do contact us regarding wholesale we can add you to our waiting list and will contact you as soon we do!

Processing & Shipping 


Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 business days of us receiving your order.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

If there are any significant delays or problems with your order we will let you know via email.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM orders will be shipped anywhere up to two months from the date of purchase, but usually no longer than 4 weeks. Feel free to email and ask about our current lead times.

All packages will be sent out from the UK with Royal Mail services, the price of shipping is dependent on weight and total price of the order.

  • Domestic orders under £20 will be sent Royal Mail First Class. (Untracked service) 

  • Domestic orders between £20-£50 will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed for. (Untracked service with delivery confirmation) 

  • Domestic orders over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm tracked

  • All international orders £20 or under will be sent Royal Mail International Standard (Untracked service)

  • All international orders over £20 will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked

Some orders with prints in them may be sent in two shipments. So don’t panic if you receive only part of your order first!

If an untracked item does go missing we will still send you another for free or refund you the cost of the order.

Refunds & Returns 

We are happy to replace or refund any lost or damaged item, just send us an email at or use our contact form and we will do our best to make sure you get your purchase! 

Please note that items purchased in a seconds sale can only be refunded in the event of a lost/broken item, not replaced.

For international orders (particularly outside of Europe) please be patient with your respective shipping providers, we have no control of the shipping after dispatch. Most international parcel should only take 7 days from when we mark it as shipped to reach their destination, however it can occasionally take 2 or even 3 weeks. 

You can let us know if an international order is taking longer than expected but we will not send a replacement/ issue refunds until 3 weeks have passed since the shipment date to give the package time to turn up.

If your item is damaged just send an email to or use our contact form and we will send you a replacement for free, alternatively if we cannot give you replacement we may offer you a full refund.

If your item gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout we may ask that you pay for redelivery.

There is no need to send the damaged item back to us in order to receive a replacement.
